Amy is a nonprofit management professional by day and the mother of two teenagers by day and night. Raised Roman Catholic, Amy converted to Judaism after living a Jewish life for many years. She enjoys sharing the beauty of Judaism through her challah-making workshops, We Knead Challah and The Bread that Traveled the World.
Amy enjoys family book club, summertime, long walks with the family pup, Lucille, and reading and writing in her hyggekrog. She is acutely aware that the days are long but the years are short and is often reminded by her teenagers that she is the most embarrassing mom ever.
